100% Success for CITB NI NVQ4 Pilot Supervisor Development Programme
TBT – to 2 weeks ago when we had the pleasure of celebrating with 15 recent graduates from the CITB NI funded Supervisors Development Programme. The CITB NI pilot programme aimed to develop local Supervisors, whilst also supporting them to achieve the NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Construction Site Supervision.
We are delighted to say that of the 15 candidates on this pilot programme – 100% achieved their NVQ4. Congratulations again to all our graduates!
In fact – the Pilot programme has proved so successful – we started a second programme of 15 candidates in September.
