Commitment and Dedication pays off for Neville Special Projects Team in Luton

Last week – Trudy had the pleasure of celebrating the achievement of 7 candidates on the Neville Special Projects In-House Supervisor Development Programme. 

Last year – Neville approached Esteem to develop an in-house programme, which would develop a group of Supervisors, whilst also achieving the NVQ4 Diploma in Construction Site Supervision.
Achieving an NVQ diploma takes time, commitment and dedication on the part of each candidate – and Trudy felt very proud to be handing out certificates.  Due to the success of the programme, and in recognition of all the hard work – Neville have since promoted each of the candidates to Site Manager.
