A Brand New Start for our Brand New Programme: SVQ Construction Site Management
Friday marked the beginning of a new Esteem candidate journey in our brand new Modern Apprenticeship SVQ Construction Site Management programme. 27 candidates have now begun their qualification with us and we are very excited to support and steer them on their developmental journeys through their SVQs.
This is the very first time that Esteem are offering SVQ Construction Management on a developmental basis, so this was a great start to our new product.
A very happy and motivated group of candidates appeared at the workshop on Friday, and had the chance to meet their assessors: Nicola, Debbie and Cheryl, some Esteem team members: Mhairi, Laura and Ian as well as the workshop facilitator, Trudy. We have received good feedback from the candidates following this first workshop and we are extremely excited about their anticipated progress throughout the qualification.
This programme should take around 6-7 months for our candidates to complete and we hope to have them all certificated by the beginning of 2019.
