It’s great to receive positive feedback from candidates despite difficult circumstances.
The last few months have been extremely challenging for both Esteem and our clients. Esteem have been in a very fortunate position to have been able to continue to provide SVQ training for our candidates – but it was not without its difficulties. We had to adapt from providing developmental workshops to working completely remotely.
Esteem are proud that we can now provide virtual SVQ qualifications. We have adapted our learning materials to work online and we continue to develop the learning experience to work for our clients and candidates. We are also in process of creating interactive learning videos to aid the learning of our candidates further.
Esteem have overcome many obstacles. It is therefore very rewarding to receive such positive feedback from our candidates.

“Firstly, thank you for your support, assistance and guidance whilst completing my SVQ in Construction Management. I am in no doubt that without the great support network of all the team at Esteem this course would have proved far more difficult to myself. My course was made all the more challenging due to the timing of COVID-19 as I was progressing through the course when the country was put into lockdown as a direct result of the COVID-19 virus. Rather than suspend the course the team at Esteem rose to the challenge and modified the course to enable me to carry on by working remotely from home, again with their excellent support network in place. Also, a big thank you to my assessor David Currie who’s support, and assistance were both invaluable whilst working through the course. A true asset to the team.
