Can you believe it? We’ve done the calculations, double and triple checked and even though the figure might seem slightly suspicious… its true! It takes only  7 days in total over 7 months for our Construction Site Supervisor candidates to complete their SVQ and Modern Apprenticeship.

 

Esteem run developmental workshops for our Modern Apprenticeship programmes and it makes a world of difference for candidates being able to share their experiences amongst other like-minded individuals. For the Construction Site Supervisor programme, we run 6 half day workshops  – leaving candidates more confident, more communicative and more productive.
