The Esteem Training team has grown once again!

This month we were thrilled to welcome two new members to the team. Radka Rodakova joins as our Events Coordinator and Marc Devlin as Trainee Assessor.

Both bring with them a wealth of experience and we are looking forward to working with them.

Radka Rodakova joins as our Events Coordinator

Radka has a degree in Tourism and Marketing and most recently worked in hospitality for Musselburgh racecourse. She’s only been in post for a matter of weeks and already has integrated well to the team. She’s been out and about to workshops, meeting clients and venue contacts throughout Scotland, with a view to taking over the running of all Esteem Training events. Based in the office full time, Radka is also taking over some of the office management, alongside our Esteem Coordinator Grant Savage. She greets everyone in the office with a huge smile – we know we have chosen the right lady for the job!

Commenting on joining the Esteem Training team, Radka said: “I have had such a warm welcome from the Esteem team. Coming into a brand-new role has had its challenges but I can’t wait to get stuck in as the face-to-face workshops start to grow. I look forward to working in a company which has strong core values and is culturally diverse.”

Marc Devlin joins as our Trainee Assessor

Marc brings a wealth of Construction experience, from his previous roles as Site Supervisor for various contractors. Looking to start a new career, he is training with us to be a Construction Assessor in Supervision. Marc is relishing his role so far, having enjoyed attending his first few workshops – and getting to know the candidates. We know Marc will prove an excellent support once he gets his first candidate allocation, in the meantime he will be working with our Assessor team, to gain his Assessor Award.

Marc comments on his experience so far with Esteem. “I am absolutely loving my time here at Esteem so far, a real welcoming bunch of people already here. I am Looking forward to really getting hands on in my role and help people through to the next stage of progression within their careers!”

Welcome Radka and Marc – we are all looking forward to working with you both!
