We want to equip the construction industry with the supervisory, management and leadership skills required to drive the industry forward.

History

We were established in 1986 by Trudy MacKenzie and have a 35+ year track record in designing and delivering unique learning experiences.

Since 2008 we have specialised in delivering leadership, management, and business improvement to the Construction industry and In 2017 we started delivering Modern Apprenticeships.

In 2020 we implemented a 4 day working week. In March 2022 we became 100% employee owned.
