We want our employees to feel valued, and as a result have introduced a 4 day working week. Our move to Employee Ownership in 2022 demonstrates our commitment to our team and building a business that we can all be proud of.

We were established in 1986 by Trudy MacKenzie and have a 35+ year track record in designing and delivering unique learning experiences.  

We believe that everyone has different learning styles, therefore Accelerated Learning underpins everything we do.  

Since 2008 we have specialised in delivering leadership, management, and business improvement to the Construction industry and In 2017 we started delivering Modern Apprenticeships. 

In 2020 we implemented a 4 day working week. In March 2022 we became 100% employee owned
