Introducing our New Quality Manager – Debbie Knights
A huge welcome to the newest addition to the Esteem team – Debbie Knights, who is taking on the role of Quality Manager, as part of our Senior Management Team. Although new to the Core Team, Debbie has worked as a freelancer with Esteem for 10+ years. So we were delighted when she finally agreed to come on board full time and as a fully fledged Steemie!
Alongside her role as Quality Manager – Debbie will continue to be an NVQ and SVQ Assessor for our Management and Senior Management qualifications – as well as Internal Verifier.
In the short time that Debbie has been with us – we have achieved a lot and know she will be a valuable asset to our growing team. Welcome on board Debbie!
