Did you know you could access Funding to Progress to Management via Modern Apprenticeships?
This week marked the end of yet another one of our fantastic Modern Apprenticeship Occupational Work Supervisor programmes. As always, we built a great relationship with our candidates, welcoming a host of candidates from Tempus 4, WGM Engineering, Morris and Spottiswood, Oregon Timber Frame Ltd and Platform Interior Solutions.
The final workshop is a good time to reflect and often candidates ask us – “What’s Next?”. Modern Apprenticeships and the Occupational Work Supervision and Construction Site Supervisor SVQ Levels 3 and 4 offer progression routes to the Construction Operations Management SVQ L6. Believe it or not – even if you have accessed funding for the lower levels – Skills Development Scotland will continue to fund you into Management!
In fact many of the candidates on this programme are keen to continue on their development with Esteem by wanting to undertake the next level Modern Apprenticeship programme (Contracting Operations Management) in April.
