A big warm welcome to our new Assessor and IV – Brian

Everyone at Esteem is thrilled to introduce to you our brand new assessor and Internal Verifier – Brian.

With our continued and growing success in delivering developmental Modern Apprenticeship programmes we have been on the look out for another talented Assessor. This December, Esteem received an excellent Christmas gift as Brian joined our team as an experienced assessor and Internal Verifier.

Brian has been in the training and assessing industry for 10 years, of which 2 of them were spent running training centres. With this wealth of knowledge and experience we know that Brian is going to be able to offer our candidates a great learning experience. In addition to this, Brian served 15 years in the Military. We are certain that with Brian’s background our candidates will be supported and will complete their SVQ on time!

In a nutshell Brian is the original BFG – Big Friendly Gibby and we cannot wait for our candidates to work alongside him in the New Year.

Brian’s first few weeks have been filled with meeting the rest of the team and learning more about our unique approach to SVQs. Brain certainly joined at a good time as it meant that he could attend two very important team meetings. The first being our quarterly Standardisation day. This a meeting where the full assessing team meet to discuss processes to ensure that our candidates are all receiving the best possible learning experience. The second meeting was the annual Esteem Christmas Day out where we went to the panto! This was a fantastic opportunity for everyone in the team who works remotely to meet Brian in person.  A great time was had by all.

With Brian joining us this December and having time to become familiar with our unique approach to learning we know that he will be able to hit the ground running in January. Once again, welcome to the team Brian. We are thrilled to have you onboard and we hope you enjoy being a Steemie!

2019 is looking to be an even more exciting and successful year for Esteem. As a result, we are always eager to hear from people who have an interest in construction and for helping others succeed. If you like what we do then we would like to hear from you. Please send your CV and a Covering Letter to info@esteemtraining.com and we will be in touch!
