Our Build a Better Working Supervisor (BBWS) programme is ideal for those currently employed as Working Construction Supervisors, supervising a single trade, who would like to gain a recognised qualification, while developing within their role.

This programme will give candidates a clear understanding of the key functions of a working supervisor – co-ordinating and organising work operations, allocating resources, monitoring progress, implementing and maintaining health and safety practices and developing good working relationships.

Our course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and strategies necessary to excel in these areas and become a truly effective supervisor.

What are the requirements?

No specific prerequisites or prior qualifications are necessary, however, if a candidate already possesses the SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) certification, this course would be the natural progression and a valuable step forward in professional development.

Programme delivery:

We deliver developmental programmes, consisting of;

3 x 4hr face to face workshops
Bespoke Toolkit workbook that covers 50%+ of the VQ 
Access to a dedicated E-Portfolio that houses a wealth of resources and templates
Onsite visit, as necessary
1:1 sessions with an Assessor
