NVQ4 Programme in Northern Ireland with CITBNI

An excellent opportunity for Site Supervisors and Managers across Northern Ireland to gain a recognised qualification and a CSCS Gold Supervisory Card.
This developmental NVQ4 programme is designed for current and potential Site Supervisors and Managers working in the construction sector. During the 5 half day workshops the key responsibilities of a Site Supervisor and Manager are explored in detail. This includes planning and managing projects, managing teams, effective resource management and awareness of certain legalities and standards.

With CITBNI running the programme candidates are offered the unique opportunity to enhance their skills through first class training facilities. This includes the virtual training facility called VET360. This allows candidates to view construction sites and learn from real time examples. If you would like to find out more about VET360 then please click here. We believe that the VET350 footage is highly relevant and great for increasing understanding of certain topics. Feedback from candidates has always been very positive:
Both the course and internet based training has been easily explained and used. The course has been very good covering a wide variety of aspects of all construction types and the interactive sessions have been very good to encourage conversations and discussions from all people involved.
Michael Brady, Site Manager at Whitemountain
We are thrilled to work with CITB NI, helping Site Supervisors and Managers become more confident and skilled within their role. If you are interested in this programme and would like to secure a place then please contact Lorraine Fisher at CITB NI: Loarraine.fisher@citbni.org.uk 028 90824202.
