Completing an NVQ 4 in Construction Site Supervision? That’s cause for Celebration!

With 100% of our programme candidates achieving their NVQ4 – it’s no wonder the Celebration Event held at the CITB NI offices in Crumlin was a success!

We are delighted to say that all 15 (out of 15!) candidates on this CITB NI part-funded development programme achieved their NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision.  Giving us a 100% success rate – which is especially impressive as one of our candidates, Jaunty, moved to Nepal to work on the British Embassy during the programme.  We blogged about Jaunty’s experience in Nepal and the work that he took part in, to see it please click here.

At the celebration event last Friday – the candidates were full of praise for our Assessor Allan –  who went above and beyond (working evenings and weekends) to cater for Jaunty’s situation –  to ensure he still completed the programme.  Just goes to show, moving half way around the world is no excuse!

Lots of hard work and dedication was shown by these candidates and we were very glad to get them through their NVQ 4 journeys – and to celebrate their success.

We are extremely happy for our candidates and wish you all nothing but the best for your future endeavours.  Perhaps the NVQ Level 6???
