An exciting Sign Up meeting at Murrayfield Stadium
It is always an exciting (and busy) time for the Esteem team when recruitment starts for a new programme and we meet the candidates at our sign up meetings. However, it is even more exciting when these meetings take place at venues like Murrayfield Stadium!
Andy and Laura met with Derek and Ally from SJS to sign them up to our Modern Apprenticeship Construction Site Management programme. Both candidates have only recently completed one of our SVQ Level 3 Construction Site Supervisor programmes. As a result of finding the programme interesting, engaging and a great way to develop within their role they decided to take the next step up and enroll on to our SVQ Level 4 management programme.
Eye opener and a reminder of the role of Site Supervisor. Well balanced course with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend and look forward to the next one.
Comment from Ally
At Esteem we aim to switch people on to learning and it is always great when our candidates progress through our programmes like Derek and Ally. It is also great to receive excellent feedback and to hear that candidates find the programmes we run both enjoyable and beneficial. The cherry on the top was that the sign up meeting was held at Murrayfield Stadium where the candidates were doing some work. Andy and Laura were delighted by this news!
Good luck Derek and Ally as you start our Construction Site Management programme this month. We know that you will be able to complete the programme and achieve your CSCS Black Card with no issues.
If you would like to grow your rising stars and switch them onto learning please call Andy today on 07766658083 to find out more about our SVQ and NVQ Developmental programmes.
