Welcome to the Esteem Team Laura and Mandy

Esteem are delighted to welcome onboard two new Steemies – Mandy and Laura!

With business at Esteem continuing to grow and thrive we are thrilled to welcome Mandy as our new Assessor and Laura as our Business Development Coordinator. We know they will both be great additions and we can’t wait to see where their journey at Esteem goes.

It has been an extremely busy first few weeks for Mandy and Laura as they get to know the team, learn more about our developmental Modern Apprenticeship programmes and also our unique approach. On their first day they both attended a workshop for our SVQ Level 3: Construction Site Supervision programme. We believe that our workshops really give a true insight into what we do and the support we offer our candidates. We were thrilled to hear that they both enjoyed it and found it interesting! They have both certainly hit the ground running and are already becoming real assets to the team!

Mandy says…

“I am delighted to be joining a fabulous team at Esteem. The ‘Steemies’ have been endlessly welcoming and helpful. All of my many questions have been answered by everyone and with a smile every time!  

My induction continues apace, with everyone proud to tell me how they are involved in the team and what their responsibilities are. I’ve also been introduced to the Assessor role. I’ve attended several workshops (aren’t they amazing?) and have been getting to know all the systems and processes in place that go together to produce a unique, high-quality candidate learning focused product.

I’m really looking forward to becoming a fully-fledged Steamie and can’t wait to start working with my own candidate caseload on a CSS Programme starting later in October. Exciting times for me!  Full ‘Steem’ ahead.”

“I am super excited to be joining the team here at Esteem. I can already tell they are a group of such fantastic, passionate and hardworking people and I cannot wait to learn from them.

I had a busy yet exciting start to my first week. I attended one of the many workshops Esteem hold and it was great to meet the candidates and see my colleagues in action. My second day I had the pleasure of joining Laura on a road trip through Argyll for sign-up meetings. Again, it was great to meet the candidates and employers and see how they feel about the programmes.

I can’t wait to learn everything I need to know and really help Esteem grow and thrive even more!!”
