Esteem’s First Modern Apprenticeship Programme off to a Successful Start

After a lot of planning and anticipation – our very first Skills Development Scotland funded Modern Apprenticeship programme is successfully underway! Our first group of 20 Site Supervisors kick-started their Modern Apprenticeship journey last Thursday. We had an excellent mix of candidates from all areas of Scotland in attendance at the Induction workshop.
The programme includes a series of 6 x 1/2 day developmental workshops, 1:1 coaching sessions, on-site visits, a toolkit and resources and access to an online e-portfolio tool – where candidates upload the evidence required for their SVQ in Construction Site Supervision.
Everyone was enthusiastic about starting the programme and Trudy, who is Facilitating the group, is looking forward to working with them. We have no doubt this programme will unlock their true potential as Supervisors and will progress their careers to new levels – we wish them the best of luck.
Last but not least – we would like to thank CCG (Scotland) Ltd for their generosity in the use their fabulous training room and facilities to host this programme.
We still have 100% funded places available on these programmes – if you are interested contact martina@esteemtraining.com
