This programme is designed for Site Supervisors and Team Leaders who are responsible for managing a team. Due to the unique developmental approach we take our candidates are given the opportunity to explore the main responsibilities of their role and how they can effectively manage a team. This is achieved through the discussion of candidate experiences at workshops and also new processes which could help. In addition, the candidate will also achieve their SVQ Level 3 qualification and will be on route for their CSCS Gold Card.
Our aim is to enhance our candidates skills, knowledge and confidence whilst ensuring they achieve their SVQ Level 3 qualification and CSCS Gold Card. We know from previous clients that they have seen efficiency rise, performance increase as well as their team being more focused as a result of this programme.
