Fully Funded places available on our upcoming SVQ Level 3 Programme

CSS P6

Recruitment is now open for our fully funded SVQ Level 3, Construction Site Supervisor Programme! This programme will commence on the 15th January in Glasgow and is an excellent opportunity for Site Supervisors who are looking to take a step into management.

Due to the developmental approach we take to SVQs and NVQs in Construction this programme offers our candidates a unique opportunity to develop within their role. As well as achieving an SVQ Level 3 qualification and a CSCS Gold Card.

This programme is designed to explore the key responsibilities of a Site Supervisor and relevant industry specific tools and processes. The programme consists of 6 half day developmental workshops, 1:1 sessions with an assessor and a site visit. The candidates also have the opportunity to share experiences and to learn from one and other.

Candidates who have completed this SVQ have thanked us for helping them improve their paperwork and also communication skills. As well as helping build confidence as they were made aware of their key responsibilities. This will be our Sixth cohort of this programme and we believe that by listening to what our candidates have to say about their experiences with us we have developed a well-balanced and informative programme.

I have found this course very helpful and insightful. It has helped me with Site Management and improved my paperwork abilities.

Vincent McClinchey, Site Supervisor, SJS Property Services
