Another Steemie Celebration – Celebrating Grant’s 1-year Anniversary!

This week we are celebrating Grant’s 1-year anniversary as a Steemie. We can’t believe how quickly the year has gone and we don’t know what we ever did without our amazing Esteem Coordinator. 

Grant joined us back in 2018, coming from a background in Housing management we knew he was going to be the best person to help us organise Esteem. Esteem was a welcomed change from the corporate life he was used to, and he has become a fully-fledged Steemie with ease.  

Grant is everyone’s absolute go-to-guy, if you need a question answered, Grant is the Steemie who can! His role as Esteem Coordinator is highly regarded which makes him an essential member of the team for not only the directors, but the sales team and assessors also.

We asked Grant how he has enjoyed his first year at Esteem: 

“My first year at Esteem has totally passed me by! I have learned so many new skills and working techniques. My most memorable moment of the past year was feeling like a proper member of the team at the Christmas team day where we brainstormed lots of ideas for the future and then enjoyed a great day out at the panto! I can’t wait for this year’s! My biggest challenge at Esteem has been date scheduling the workshops. Despite it being extremely difficult working out all the logistics, agreeing everyone’s calendars and organising accommodations, it has been challenges like this that have made me thrive and helped me become a professional planner! I am so glad to be a part of such a positive and passionate team and I can wait to see where this role takes me.”
