Happy 1st Steemiversary to Tracey and Pamela
Happy Steemiversary!
We wanted to take this opportunity wish a very happy Steemiversary to two of our valued team members – Tracey Sinclair – our Business Development Coordinator, and Pamela Deans our Candidate Support Coordinator. Both have now been with Esteem Training for a year and we are very proud and lucky to have them as part of our growing team.
Tracey Sinclair – Business Development Coordinator
Tracey came to Esteem following a successful 20+ year career within the Timber industry and was thrilled to be moving into the training sector with Esteem, at the heart of Construction industry. Her talent for account management and building relationships has shone through from the start and she has quickly become a key member of our sales and onboarding team.
Tracey comments “I am so glad that I took the leap of faith! I have learned so much thanks to the amazing support of the Esteem Team. My colleagues are an impressive bunch, all so capable and knowledgeable in their own areas of expertise. The company operates with great precision and efficiency with high levels of communication and interaction at all levels. At the same time, we all understand and respect each other’s differences and all manage to shoehorn a good laugh in along the way!
I have met so many lovely people and had the privilege of being a part of their learning journey. It is so rewarding to see the difference in candidates from their onboarding stage to their more confident counterpart at the review stage when they are close to completion.”
Pamela Deans – Candidate Support Coordinator
Pamela switched from a glowing career in the travel sector to take on a new challenge with Esteem. Pamela embraces change and has a real talent for building supportive relationships with our clients and candidates. Her caring nature has secured her position as a firm favourite with our candidates, as well as a go to for team support.
Pamela was not long into her position, when we took on another Trainee Candidate Support coordinator – Emma Horn. Pamela did a great job of taking Emma under her wing and now our growing support team is flourishing.
Pamela comments “I honestly can’t believe how quickly this year has gone by. It has been such a whirlwind in the best possible way. I am very grateful to everybody who has supported me in my Esteem journey and I really do feel like one of the family.”
.
We look forward to celebrating many more milestones with Tracey and Pamela in years to come!
