Introducing Ian Grigg….
We are delighted to announce a brand new Steemie – Ian Grigg who takes on the role of Finance and Project Director. Ian joined us on the 12 July and has quickly become an integral part of the Esteem team.
After working in the Public Sector for 10 years, Ian graduated as a mature student with a BA (Hons) in HR (he went on to get his PGCE and Fellowship of the CIPD). Having worked for Business Link where he project managed multi-million pound European contracts directed at workforce development, and led a team of 24. Ian brings with him a wealth of experience having recently focussed on developing several new business ventures – including a Training and Development consultancy, a Provider of online IT training solutions and a Graduate Recruitment company.
