We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator and a Freelance Workshop Facilitator to join our expanding team.
Business Development Coordinator
The Person
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to be part of our talented team. This person will be working with the Business Development (BD) team to manage and monitor all sales processes and activities.
They will ensure the BD team are organised and prioritise activities and workloads accordingly. They will oversee and optimise the operational processes that support Business Development.
This person will be comfortable with our dynamic culture and possesses a drive for continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who embodies our company values of integrity, honesty and quality.
The individual will possess a knowledge of CRM systems and reporting and demonstrate the following characteristics:
- Works well under pressure and to deadlines
- Good at organising yourself and others

- Willingness to question and challenge colleagues
- Takes initiative
The Role
This person will work with the BD Director, to ensure the BD team meet the results in the Sales Plan and will establish and optimise workflows to streamline BD activities. They will be the guru for our internal CRM system, overseeing it’s implementation and optimisation. As part of the role they will track and report on BD activities, as well as conduct research and regular competitor analysis.
This role is not customer facing, but may be required to travel to attend Esteem workshops. We are a 4 day week employer and this role is office based, in Glasgow, with flexibility to work from home as agreed.

Freelance Workshop Facilitator
Are you looking for a career change and enjoy developing people?
Esteem Training are looking to develop a freelance workshop Facilitator to join our dynamic team.
You will be somebody who can embrace our company values of integrity, honesty, quality and self-development.
Successful candidates will have experience working in the construction industry and Modern Apprenticeships.
Esteem have a very specific style of workshop delivery and an in depth training programme will be provided to ensure the person is delivering to the Esteem standards, models and processes.
An appropriate package will be agreed based on experience. There will be a minimum requirement of 4 delivery days per month.
