Wates Leadership Masterclass a Success!
Last Thursday Trudy embarked on a trip to Barking and Dagenham College to facilitate a Leadership and Management Masterclass to a group of Wates supply chain Supervisors and Managers.
The workshop was funded by Wates through the National Skills Academy for Construction – as part of an initiative to support the supply chain and their development. Amelia and Norma from The Wates Group (one of the largest privately-owned construction, development and property companies in the UK) made a substantial effort in recruiting the 20 delegates who attended on the day.
Much fun was had by all and we even had 5 students from Barking and Dagenham College who were invited to sit in on the Masterclass. We received some excellent feedback on the day and Trudy very much enjoyed sharing her tips and hints for being the best manager and leader you can be.
