May we introduce you to our new MA Occupational Work Supervision programme cohort

May marks the start of yet another one of our fantastic Modern Apprenticeship programmes in Occupational Work Supervision

15  candidates showed up for the Challenge workshop which we held at the Westerwood Hotel in Cumbernauld, from companies such as AMCO, GL Floors, AGM Group, Hillhouse Contracts, Morris & Spottiswood, Farrans, Cowan and Davidsons and Amey.

The group got on immediately with each other and we realised how switched on and keen they were to progress their careers through this qualification, which is great for us to see. This group should be completed their MA with us by the end of October 2018.

The great thing about this specific programme is that this is our 4th cohort for this qualification, which is in itself, a huge accomplishment for Esteem. Our first ever Occupational Work Supervisi0dern Apprenticeship programme began in October 2017, and by the end of May, we have successfully completed two of these groups and have another one almost at the end. Rolling programmes are a great feature of Esteem as it allows a candidate who might be interested in a programme to enter it when they have the time to offer us, which enables all candidates to develop themselves in their careers regardless of their current workload.

For more information regarding our rolling programmes over the next year, check out our website or contact Andy at Andy@esteemtraining.com or call him on 07766658083.
