We are thrilled to announce our that our tailor made in-house McNicholas Supervisor Development Programme got off to an excellent start this month!
Trudy was delighted to be asked last year – to develop an in-house supervisor developed programme – focussed on the McNicholas way and she worked closely with Cormac – the Business Director (NI) to develop the content. We are running the initial programme with 10 supervisors at the McNicholas Head office in Mallusk, Belfast.
Finally the programme is underway after 6 months in the planning and development. The input and enthusiasm from the group of supervisors on the day was fantastic and Trudy is looking forward to working with them throughout the programme.
As you can see – the McNicholas team got stuck right in and excelled in a task that involved presenting to the rest of the group.
The programme will run for the next 6 months – with more workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions taking place over the summer. We have no doubt the programme and coaching sessions will help these supervisors achieve great things for McNicholas.
