It has been a very busy time for the Sales team as they sign Site Managers up to our SVQ4 Construction Site Management programme. Interest for this programme has been high as many seek an opportunity to develop within their role and to gain their CSCS Black Card. In addition, candidates who have completed one of our SVQ3 supervisory programmes have now taken the step up and are ready to work towards their Level 4. This is always a great accomplishment for Esteem as we want to switch people on to learning and encourage continuous CPD.
Our SVQ4 programme has now reached capacity and there are no more spaces left. We will be running another programme in the New Year so watch this space! In the meantime, we still have fully funded spaces available for our other SVQ developmental Programmes. See below for more information.
Both our SVQ Level 3 programmes are a fantastic opportunity for Site Supervisors to learn more about their role and responsibilities. Through our developmental workshops, one to one sessions and on-site visits candidates are able to learn about industry specific tools which will help improve their project management skills. We believe that through the unique approach we take to SVQs, candidates will achieve key skills alongside their VQ and CSCS Gold or Black Card.
