Our NVQ7 Construction candidates have been Belbin’d!

As part of our NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management – we ask candidates to carry out a Belbin Self Perception. Belbin is a behavioural test devised by Meridith Belbin to measure preference for 9 team roles. Esteem has been using Belbin for 20+ years – more recently as part of our L7 Leadership development programmes.
Yesterday – Trudy was delighted to share the results and Belbin Team Roles theory with the 8 candidates on our current London NVQ7 Programme. Suffice to say they all came away feeling Belbin’d!
If you are interested in Belbin Team Roles – or the NVQ7 in Construction – contact Esteem on 0845 094 2019.
