More programmes, more fun! Exciting times ahead for Esteem

New upcoming programmes and assessors will make 2020 very exciting indeed.

It’s been the first working week back for all the Steemies after a wonderful couple of weeks off. But we are BACK and raring to go.

Esteem can’t wait for the year ahead as we have lots of exciting things happening in 2020. This month we start recruiting for the new and improved SVQ Level 3 Occupational Work Supervision course, which will be starting at the end of February 2020.

The SVQ 3 in Occupational Work Supervision (Construction) covers areas such as confirming work activities and resources for the work, implementing and maintaining health, safety, environmental and welfare practices, and monitoring progress against work schedules. 

This course is suitable for individuals who are currently in employment and who wish to obtain a formal qualification. No prior qualifications or knowledge are required to undertake this qualification. 

Our SDS funded SVQ 3 programme consists of 4, ½ day developmental workshops which cover the knowledge and understanding elements of the SVQ. The workshops are a fantastic opportunity to learn from your peers and bounce ideas off each other. Candidates will also have a handful of 1:1 sessions with their assessor and an onsite visit.
