Nothing Better than Homemade Soup (Especially When it’s at Work)!
I’m sure we can all agree that homemade soup is a necessity when it comes to this time of year. In fact, I’m enjoying some lovely homemade potato and leek soup now as I type this post.
Can you imagine waking up on a cold, frosty, dark morning – forcing yourself out of bed, getting through your commute then opening your office door to the lovely smell of homemade soup? Well that’s possible at the McNicholas Headquarters in Belfast!
When Trudy was last at the McNicholas offices, to deliver the Management Development Programme, she was delighted to see the 2 glorious large pots of homemade soup pictured. This is a weekly occurrence between the Managers at McNicholas, who take it in turn to make and serve the team soup.
As it’s “getting to that time of year” they have a soup plan in the making – Stew is on the cards next week!
