November Marks the Start of our Contracting Operations Management Programme
Esteem are excited to announce our brand new Modern Apprenticeship programme has hit the ground running this week! MA Contracting Operations Management is a development programme aimed at Contract Managers, Operations Managers and Directors.
Our first group of motivated candidates attended their Induction workshop on Monday. The programme, which is 50% funded via Skills Development Scotland, aims to take candidates through a journey to develop themselves as Managers professionally, as well as gaining the SVQ in Construction Contracting Operations Management.
We hope to have this first cohort of candidates completed by June 2018 – and Debbie, their coach and Assessor will be there to support and progress the candidates throughout the programme.
