A successful end for our In House NVQ4 programme

Congratulations to the six candidates who have recently completed our In house NVQ Level 4 programme at Neville.

Over the past year Trudy and Nicola have ran an In house NVQ Level 4 programme for Neville. Six Site Supervisors from various parts of the company completed the programme and attended 6 developmental workshops and 1:1 sessions. These forms of learning are designed to promote discussions and increase knowledge and understanding of what makes a good supervisor. For example, effective project management and communication skills.

The Neville Group have worked with Esteem for many years and have participated in every type of programme we have run. The Directors and Managers have completed our NVQ L5, L6 and L7 programmes! Now they are concentrating on developing their Site Managers and Supervisors. A great example of a company with a strong “learning culture.” If you are also company who puts a great focus on learning and development then we would love to work with you.

Last week there was a celebration event in London to recognise the candidates achievement. Trudy, Nicola, part of the team at Neville’s and the 6 candidates attended. It was a fantastic night to end the programme and Trudy presented the candidates with their well earned NVQ Level 4 certificates. An excellent evening was had by all.

If you are a company who values others and encourages personal development then we would love to work with you. We run a variety of NVQ and SVQ Programmes at Supervisory and Management level. If you would like to find out more about the ways in which you could work with us to develop your team then please call Andy today on 07766658083.
