Our Build a Better Site Manager (BBSM) programme is ideal for Site Managers who are responsible for overseeing site operations, implementing and maintaining site health & safety practices and quality standards.

Site management is not just about managing tasks and overseeing operations. It’s also about cultivating a supportive work culture, nurturing talent and fostering strong working relationships.

This programme will give delegates a clear understanding of the key functions of a Site Manager – how to effectively plan and monitor work, manage teams, allocate resources, and the legalities and standards of the industry.

What are the requirements?

Prior to commencing the Build a Better Site Management programme all delegates must be working in a Site Management position and have achieved SMSTS, or be able to demonstrate they are working towards it.

The programme is made up of:   

  • 5 x 1 day face to face workshops  
  • Bespoke Toolkit workbook that covers 50%+ of the VQ   
  • Access to a dedicated E-Portfolio that houses a wealth of resources and templates 
  • Onsite visit, as necessary 
  • 1:1 sessions with an Assessor
