Our Build a Better Site Supervisor (BBSS) programme is designed for currently employed Construction Site Supervisors who are looking to develop in their role and gain a recognised qualification.
The programme will cover all the key functions of a successful Construction Site Supervisor.

What are the requirements?
Prior to undertaking BBSS all delegates must be supervising multiple trades on site.
No previous qualifications are required to undertake BBSS. However, if a delegate has SMSTS or a VQ in Occupational Work Supervision this is the logical next step.
The programme is made up of:
- 4 x 1 day face to face workshops
- Bespoke Toolkit workbook that covers 50%+ of the VQ
- Access to a dedicated E-Portfolio that houses a wealth of resources and templates
- Onsite visit, as necessary
- 1:1 sessions with an Assessor
