Our SVQ Level 3 Construction Site Supervision programme with CCG has started
We’re thrilled to welcome 6 candidates from CCG (Scotland Ltd) to our Construction Site Supervision programme and to help them achieve their SVQ Level 3 qualification and CSCS Gold Card.
It was great to see such a motivated group of young candidates excited to start their developmental journey at the CCG HQ. CCG are one of our top clients and it has been great partnering with them for this in-house programme.
This programme is funded under the Modern Apprenticeship scheme in Scotland. It also provides the route for candidates to receive their CSCS Gold Card.
Over the course of the next few months, the candidates will attend 5 half day developmental workshops which address the key aspects of a Site Supervisors role. Here, candidates will receive a bespoke toolkit which contains key information and templates which they can use to help implement new procedures. Our goal at Esteem is to ensure all candidates are given the opportunity to develop. In addition, candidates will have a handful of 1:1 sessions with their assessor and an on site visit. These sessions are designed to ensure everyone is supported throughout their VQ.
Our wonderful assessor Allan has already mentioned that the candidates are already extremely attentive and eager to learn. We can’t to see their journey with Esteem continue.
If you would like to develop your rising stars or are interested in an in-house programme, please contact Andy today at andy@esteemtraining.com or on 07766 658 083.
