A great start for our first Occupational Work Supervision Programme in Aberdeen!

Last Friday our first Modern Apprenticeship Occupational Work Supervision Programme in Aberdeen commenced. This was a very exciting milestone for the Esteem team and we are thrilled that we are able to accommodate the demand up north.
It was fantastic to meet the candidates, who came from a variety of companies including CHAP Group, WM Donald, Bancon Estates, KR Steel and Farrans, at the Palm Hotel in Aberdeen. The first part of the workshop is always a great opportunity for candidates to network and to learn about each others role and company. We always ask the candidates at the beginning of the session what they are hoping to gain from the programme. The overall consensus was that our candidates are wanting to achieve their SVQ Level 3 qualification and CSCS Gold Card. We were thrilled to hear that the candidates are also eager to learn new skills and to develop within their role.
Our Occupational Work Supervision programme involves candidates attending 4 developmental workshops which will cover the knowledge and understanding aspects of their SVQ. There will also be a site visit and one-to-one sessions with an assessor which is a fantastic opportunity for our candidates to ask questions and to fully understand what was discussed at the workshops. The candidates will be working alongside Allan and David, our talented assessors for this programme. They are both fully committed to helping our candidates achieve their SVQ and to develop within their role by sharing good practice and answering any queries.
We wish all the candidates the very best as they begin their developmental journey with Esteem. We hope they enjoy the experience and learn valuable skills which will help them progress in the future. Good luck!
We are currently recruiting for our next fully funded Modern Apprenticeship Occupational Work Supervision programme which will commence on 9th November in Glasgow. If you would like to develop your Site Supervisors then do not delay. Contact Andy today to find out more on 07766 658083 or at andy@esteemtraining.com
