A VERY Proud Moment for Esteem

What an incredible and busy couple of months it has been for some of our Steemies with drumroll please… Debbie achieving her CIOB membership and Nicola becoming a fully qualified Assessor. Well done ladies!!! All of us at Esteem Ltd could not be prouder of your achievements.

 

Nicola joined Esteem Ltd at the end of last year as a trainee Assessor with over 10+ years in the construction sector. Nicola has since become an invaluable asset to the team working alongside our other talented and dedicated Assessors, helping all our candidates develop, learn and of course complete their Programme. With our modern apprenticeship contract, it has been a very busy time and it is fantastic to have another hard-working, committed and now fully qualified Assessor as part of the team!

 

In addition, having our Quality Manager Debbie achieve her CIOB membership is yet another fantastic achievement. Debbie, is now part of the world’s largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership and with this she has gained firsthand experience of the lengthy process and demands which are required to achieve such a prestigious membership. Debbie, is also an NVQ and SVQ Assessor for our Management and Senior management qualifications so you might have the opportunity to meet her at one of our developmental workshops!

 

Another huge congratulations Debbie and Nicola for your incredible achievements and for helping break the barriers for women in construction. We cannot wait to see what you achieve next. Watch this space!
