Refer a friend and collect a £50 Amazon gift card

They say “Never look a gift horse in the mouth” but we have a genuine gift to give away until 19 March, 2021.

We’re awarding a £50 Amazon gift card to anyone who refers a supervisor level colleague or associate who goes on to complete an SVQ Level 3 in occupational work supervision (OWS) or construction site supervision (CSS) qualification with Esteem.

Our award-winning, career-boosting virtual programmes feature regular online assessor support, peer discussion groups and online toolkits and resources. We have a 94% candidate success rate, and our courses receive funding from Skills Development Scotland’s Modern Apprenticeship programme.

Until 25 March, 2021 we can also help employers to access up to £50,000 of additional grant funding – for qualified candidates – from Skills Development Scotland’s AEG (Apprenticeship Employer Grant).

Eligible candidates include employees upskilling for a new role within the company; new apprentice recruits; apprentice BAME (Black, Asian or Ethnic Minority) staff aged 25-29 years, or new employees from the same 25-29 year age group with a disability or with previous experience within the care system.

Trudy Mackenzie, Esteem Training Limited’s Founder and Director commented: “The pandemic has significantly affected the Scottish construction industry with many companies having to reduce employees’ working hours or even furlough staff.

“We can help you access up to £5,000 per apprentice via Skills Development Scotland’s AEG grant funding programme which is accepting applications until 25 March. It’s a straightforward process to apply, and offers companies the chance to invest in valuable staff training for recently-joined apprentices as well as for existing employees. It’s a great opportunity to expand your team’s skills base at a time when training budgets are coming under pressure.”

Certain terms and conditions apply and Jenna Woods, Business Development Coordinator can tell you more while helping to start your application.
