This SVQ is aimed at managers and leaders responsible for strategic decision-making in relation to:  

Managing project processes 
Managing teams and allocating work 
Recruiting, selecting, and retaining people, and allocating work to people 
Quality assurance

Providing advice and judgment in construction management 
Leading meetings to achieve objectives, representing your own area of responsibility in meetings 
Developing yourself and others in construction management
