We are kicking off 2019 with our sixth SVQ Level 3 CSS Programme

CSS P6

What better way to start 2019 than welcoming 12 new Site Supervisors onto our Sixth, Modern Apprenticeship, Construction Site Supervision Programme.

On Tuesday, we welcomed 12 new candidates onto one of our SVQ Level 3 programmes at the Westerwood Hotel in Cumbernauld. The candidates came from a variety of different companies including CCG, Haldane Construction, Interserve, Robertson Construction and Rooflinings and Claddings.

The first workshop is always an exciting one as everyone has the opportunity to network and build relationships. The programme is also explored in detail and candidates are given the opportunity to ask any questions.

Everyone at Esteem is certainly excited to get the ball rolling and to see the candidates progress throughout their SVQ.

Our Construction Site Supervision programme is a fully funded, SVQ Level 3 qualification and a recognised route to a CSCS Gold Card. It involves candidates attending 5 half day workshops which explore the key responsibilities a Site Supervisor has and certain processes which could help improve their project management skills. We believe that these workshops are a simple way to learn and gives candidates the opportunity to enhance their knowledge. At Esteem we don’t want our candidates to just gain their qualification. We also want them to become more confident and knowledgeable within their role.

Good luck to all the candidates as you start your developmental journey with Esteem and work towards your SVQ Level 3 and CSCS Gold Card. Everyone at Esteem is looking forward to working with, and supporting you, throughout your VQ.
