All systems go for CITB NI NVQ4 Site Supervisors Pilot Programme!
After 2 years in the planning – Barry Neilson (CE of CITB NI) launched the pilot NVQ4 Site Supervisors programme. 15 Supervisors attended the induction workshop today which took place at the CITB NI head office in Nutts Corner.
This pilot is the first of its kind and involves a mixture of workshops, 121 Skype coaching sessions, on-site visits and CITB NIs brand new VET360.
We are looking forward to rolling out the programme and the delegates are raring to go after their induction today.
