#TBT How should you celebrate?

We talk a lot about the importance of working hard towards an NVQ or workshop certificate, but what happens when you reach that goal?

We have been working with Neville Special Projects for many years and they certainly lead the charge in celebrating their staff achievements.

In September last year Neville asked Esteem to work with them on an in-house development programme for seven members of their team, with the goal to achieve their NVQ4 diploma in Construction Site Supervision.
The candidates completed the programme in June this year and recently received their certificates at an awards ceremony.
Due to the success of the programme Neville promoted each of the candidates to Site Manager and in recognition of their achievement they received a one off cash bonus.

Achieving an NVQ diploma takes time, commitment and dedication on the part of each candidate. Don’t let your employees achievements do unrecognised – they deserve a little celebration!
