Last London NVQ7 Workshop…in the Sky Garden!

Last week marked the final workshop of our fifth London NVQ 7 programme.

8 Leaders attended a series of 6 developmental workshops and 5 Action Learning Sets  and are all well on the road to achieving their NQ7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management – and Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).  Facilitator Trudy can see the positive changes in all 8 candidates throughout their NVQ experience and the feedback has been extremely positive to date.

Our last workshop ended on a rather… high note (pardon the pun) when the group took a trip to the London Sky Garden, which was one of the first projects worked on by one of our candidates –  Jose from Munnellys .

The Sky Garden is a glass dome dedicated to three storeys of public gardens, social spaces, observation decks and an open air terrace. A lot of effort has gone into the construction of this building and it is well worth a visit!

Such a fun end to a great programme and Esteem wishes our candidates luck in completing their NVQ7s – roll on the celebration event!
