You may be wondering who this fine figure of a gentleman is?
Allow us to introduce you to the man we call ‘Newbie’ aka Allan Mitchell, pictured here in his finest and accompanied by his lovely wife May.
This month the Steemies were thrilled to welcome Allan to our team, as our new Qualifications Manager – Allan will be responsible for all things Qualification, including NVQ Assessing.
Allan began his career as an Apprentice Joiner and once qualified, he branched out as an instructor, showing early signs of the superb training and development skill that he now uses daily.
Off to a flying start at Esteem, he has been working with Profiled and Northern Ireland Level 4 candidates already and the future will take on IV duties, in addition to managing our centre status in his role of Qualifications Manager.
Allan has already proven himself perfectly suited to Esteem and our emphasis on integrity, quality, honesty and self development. Not to mention his dry Glaswegian sense of humour livening up our weekly meetings.
