Esteem’s BD Coordinator Andy Spreads Burn’s Night Cheer in Singapore
One of the Steemies, Andy (pictured above right) is the drummer of a popular Ceilidh Band Trailwest who recently got the opportunity to travel to Singapore to perform for Burn’s Night. It was a very exciting opportunity and the lads really enjoyed themselves, and who would have thought that kilts would have been such a popular fashion choice in Singapore?!
Trailwest offered a massive thanks to the Singapore St Andrew’s Society for arranging the trip and for providing excellent hospitality throughout their visit and thanks also to Molly Malone’s Irish Pub Singapore and The British Club – Singapore’s Hilltop Retreat for having them and for their excellent hospitality too!
It is non- stop for busy Trailwest as they head up to Inverness and Mallaig this weekend to play a couple of busy fundraising gigs. Have fun boys!
