Welcome to the Team Alastair!
Alastair Deas joins us as Trainee Business Development Coordinator
It is with great pleasure that we introduce you all to the newest member of team Esteem Training – Alastair Deas. Following in the footsteps of Jenna and Tracey, Alastair is our new Trainee Business Development Coordinator.
He will be working alongside Andy, Martina and the sales team, to ensure that the Scottish Construction Industry are kept abreast of our funded Modern Apprenticeship programmes. Having been in post just one month, Alastair has spent that time shadowing the team, meeting the wider team and getting out and about meeting our wonderful clients.
Alastair joined us with a wealth of experience in customer service as well as a background in the Construction Industry.
When we spoke to Alastair at the end of his first month he said, “Joining Esteem was one of the best decisions. I have been made to feel so welcome by the team, everyone is willing to help and has time to talk to me. It’s been great meeting the clients and getting to grips with the processes Esteem have in place for candidate recruitment. I am looking forward to getting stuck into my role and eventually my own accounts.”
