Westerwood Hotel – a Lesson in Customer Service
Last week – Trudy and our Esteem team were surprised with a very large jar of sweeties, gifted to us by the Westerwood Hotel in Cumbernauld, as a thank you for all our custom.
We thought this was a lovely gesture – especially given our team and clients battled very snowy conditions – and the hill up to the hotel, to be at the Westerwood three times last week for our Modern Apprenticeship Workshops. We use the Westerwood because of it’s central location – but most importantly the excellent customer service we get on the day.
We would like to take this opportunity to say a very special thank you to the twins – Ruth and Rebecca (pictured above with Trudy and the giant jar of sweeties) and to Dean and the team – who always give us exceptional customer service at every event we run.
Needless to say the giant jar of sweeties won’t last long in our office!
