Working smarter with Herts Heritage
They may look serious in the photo but we have it on good authority that Trudy and the team at Herts Heritage have been having a blast of late.
Trudy has been enjoying facilitating a series of half day developmental workshops for the office based team including Working Smarter, Working as a Team and Exceptional Customer Service. The monthly team workshops are being held in Herts Heritage very own Training Rooms in Hackney so the team do not have far to travel to get involved.
Trudy said ‘the Herts Heritage team have been a joy to work with, full of enthusiasm and great ideas which they will take back with them’.
