Barbour
I was really plea
sed to get the call from Barbour to go and work with their Customer Service Team again. Lorraine who heads up the team came on a Management+ Programme we ran at Hall Garth Hotel in Darlington some 8 years ago. She loved the materials and introduced Esteem to Barbour. I have done a lot of great projects with them since then but have not been there for a couple of years. So it was great to be back. The Customer Service Team have doubled in size and they are about to bring their internet sales and customer service in house so there will be some more induction work for Esteem to be done in August. Great company to work with and they have a fantastic shop on-site at head office in South Shields – if you are ever in the area do visit! http://www.barbour.com/
