We transitioned to employee ownership in March 2022 as the crowning achievement of our 35th anniversary year.

We operate a 4 day week

We introduced a four-day working week in June 2020, with no reduction in salary. We close the business on Wednesdays, giving our employees a day back to spend as they wish.
