Celebration of NVQ success for local NI Construction Managers
On the 26 November our Director Trudy attended a celebration event where the Department for Employment and Learning Minister NI, Dr Stephen Farry presented awards to 21 local construction managers who gained the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management through Esteem Ltd.
Esteem were asked to develop and deliver an innovative pilot Business Improvement Programme in partnership with CITB NI, the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL). The Programmes, run in Cookstown and Crumlin, were hugely successful and brought together local construction business owners and managers to implement good practice techniques resulting in improved business performance.
